Shipping, Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days for in-stock items, and processed within 4-6 weeks for made-to-order items. Orders are shipped via carriers selected by Garden. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for delivery. Shipping rates vary by region and will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments; claims must be filed with the carrier.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for any product that is currently available on our website. Email gardengardenus@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order to request an exchange authorization. A return mailing address will be provided to you. Customer covers the cost of the return shipping label. We cover the cost of the outbound shipping label for the exchanged product. All items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Once an exchange has been authorized, the returning product must be received by Garden within 7 days of shipping. Products in exchange will not be shipped until we have received the original product.
Returns Policy
We offer returns and refunds for any product purchased through our website. Email gardengardenus@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. A return mailing address will be provided to you. Customer covers the cost of the return shipping label. All items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Once a return has been authorized, the product must be received by Garden within 7 days of shipping. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. Original shipping fees and tax are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. In rare cases where fulfillment is delayed beyond 14 days, you may contact gardengardenus@gmail.com to request review.
