By accessing this Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You may use this Site solely for lawful purposes and personal, non-commercial use. Use of automated tools, bots, or scraping methods is strictly prohibited.
Shipping, Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation
Shipping
Free shipping on Domestic US orders $200+ (excluding shipping and taxes). Orders are processed within 1–3 business days for in-stock items, and processed within 4-6 weeks for made-to-order items. Orders are shipped via carriers selected by Garden. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for delivery for domestic US orders, and 4-6 weeks for International orders. Shipping rates vary by region and will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments; claims must be filed with the carrier.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on approval for any product that is currently available on our website. Email onlygarden@pm.me within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. A return mailing address will be provided to you. If an exchange is approved, the customer must cover the exchange fee upfront issued by Garden that covers shipping of both the returning product(s) and exchanged product(s). Exchange fee is determined by current ongoing shipping rates, customer's location, total weight of item(s) purchased, and shipping material costs. The estimated exchange fee is typically $10 for domestic US orders, and $20 for International orders. All items must be returned unused and unwashed, with original packaging, and have tags and/or accessories attached. Once an exchange has been authorized, the returning product must be received by Garden within 10 days of shipping for domestic US orders, and 21 days for International orders to receive the exchanged item(s).
Returns Policy
We offer returns and refunds on approval for any product purchased through our website. Email onlygarden@pm.me within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. A return mailing address will be provided to you. If a return is approved, the customer must pay a flat rate return fee for shipping and restocking. The flat rate return fee is $20 for domestic US orders, and $30 for International orders. All items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Once a return has been authorized, the product must be received by Garden within 10 days of shipping for domestic US orders, and 21 days for International orders to receive a refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. Original shipping fees, import fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be modified or canceled once placed so long as the order has not been processed and fulfilled. If the order has been processed and fulfilled, the customer cannot modify or cancel their order until they have received their item(s), and then must request an exchange or return via email. In extreme cases where fulfillment is delayed beyond 7 days, you may contact onlygarden@pm.me to request review of your order.

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS or email communications regarding your orders, promotions, or account updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe anytime by following replying "STOP" or contacting onlygarden@pm.me.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of this Site constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
Termination Clause
Garden reserves the right to terminate or suspend Site access at any time without notice. All provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability survive termination.
Unlawful or Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities, including attempts to gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, or infringe intellectual property rights.
Copyright and Trademark
All content, including images, graphics, text, and design elements, is the property of Onlygarden LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without written consent from Garden.
Privacy
Garden respects your privacy and keeps your personal information confidential. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Any consumer profiling data collected by Garden is for internal company-use only in helping Garden to better internal operations, customer experience, and target marketing.
Transaction Processing
All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Your payment information is securely processed through Stripe. Garden does not store full credit card details.
Governing Law Clause
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
California and UK Modern Slavery Act
Garden supports ethical labor practices and complies with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act and the UK Modern Slavery Act. We work only with suppliers who uphold fair and humane working conditions.
General Information
Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Garden reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Garden, its officers, executives, employees, and affiliates harmless from all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
